horrible service. holding my belongings hostage. i called leo and had an estimate of number of boxes and weight. i was confirming with someone and had informed leo that i wouldn't be continuing with them when the owner called me directly and i was quoted a discounted amount and requested persistently to change my plans as they have a car going out the next day, and i obliged. when the packing was done, the quoted amount doubled as the boxes were more than double of what the employee had assured me it would be. i cannot pay that as i dont have the budget. And i didnt agree to the quote or for the items to be taken away, but the person said they were at a match and to take a the bill and theyll call me later. my items were taken and they wouldnt return them unless i paid transportation and packing fee, which is already half my move budget. they asked me to take it up with the police or offered to move half my stuff for the budget they had previously quoted. that didnt make sense as i couldn't leave my items behind and if i paid them i wouldnt have enough money to make the move with someone fair. There is a reason this place doesnt have good reviews, the customer service is abominable and the business is something ive never experienced in my life. I feel like ive come into one of those dark damas where no one cares about results or fellow human opinion. definitely a sad point in service industry, and not a good pick when ur trying to shift on a budget. No trust deserved. update- Also, they have shouted at me when I try to communicate with them while I have not raised my voice once, I don't know they have maintained clientele all these years..
